Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data GROW ("we", "us") collects, why, and the rights you have over it. Questions: support@grow24-7.com.
1. Who we are
GROW provides transparent, AI-generated market analysis and, with your authorization, executes trades on exchange accounts that you control. We never take custody of your funds. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.
2. What we collect
- Account: email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
- Optional profile: name and billing address, if you choose to provide them.
- Credentials you connect: your exchange API keys and your LLM (AI) API key, stored encrypted at rest. Exchange keys are required to be trade-only with withdrawals disabled.
- Payments: your wallet address, on-chain transaction hashes, and plan history when you purchase a subscription (USDT on BNB Chain).
- Usage & security: session and login metadata and IP address, used to keep your account secure and to rate-limit abuse.
- Referrals: if you were invited or invite others, the attribution link between accounts.
3. Why we process it (legal bases)
- To provide the service (performance of our contract with you): running your agent, processing payments, support.
- Security & fraud prevention (legitimate interests): protecting accounts, detecting abuse.
- Legal compliance where applicable.
- Consent for anything optional — you may withdraw it at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use a small number of processors strictly to operate the service:
- Anthropic — runs the AI analysis you request.
- Your exchange (e.g. Bybit) — you connect your own keys; trades execute in your account. We never custody funds.
- Email delivery — to send account and security emails.
5. Storage, security & retention
Exchange and AI keys are encrypted at rest; passwords are hashed. We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR) you can request to: access your data, correct it, delete it ("right to erasure"), receive a portable export, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email support@grow24-7.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies
GROW uses only essential cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
8. Changes
If we materially change this policy we will update the version above and, where required, ask for renewed consent.
